Project Associate (Traditional Chinese)

TLDR

The Project Associate will support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality projects centered on Traditional Chinese content by ensuring timely execution and effective coordination.

The Project Associate will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects that primarily involve Traditional Chinese content. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative individual to ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in creating project plans, timelines, and reports.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring tasks related to Traditional Chinese content are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth communication.
Collect, organize, and analyze project-related data and materials.
Assist in organizing project meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
Support day-to-day project administration tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; relevant field preferred.
Familiarity with Traditional Chinese content management, editing, or proofreading is a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior project management experience is a plus.
