Improve project efficiency by analyzing data, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
Strengthen client outcomes by sharing insights, trends, and production updates.
Support contributor engagement by providing guidance, feedback, and clear expectations.
Improve project profitability by monitoring productivity, adjusting resources, and resolving blockers quickly.
Improve data quality by executing quality management plans and driving continuous quality improvements.
Support project improvements by incorporating input from clients, managers, and contributors.

You are confident working in Excel and can handle more than simple spreadsheets.
Nice to Have

Prior experience in a production, operations, or call center environment.
