JOB SUMMARY:

The Programming Project Coordinator plays a vital role in the behind-the-scenes coordination of our worship experiences that lead people into life-changing encounters with Jesus. This individual must have a deep understanding of Christ Fellowship’s culture, values, and organizational structure, particularly in the areas of Worship, Production, and Programming. This role will coordinate and administer services, events, projects, and staff meeting programming, ensuring seamless execution and excellence in every aspect. Reporting to the Programming Manager, this role will collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams to develop and implement programming plans that align with the church’s vision and mission.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Event and weekend timeline tracking. 
  • Pre-meeting agenda creation and document management. 
  • In-meeting note-taking and cascading communication.
  • Action item assignment and accountability. 
  • Tracking deliverables for multiple programs and events. 
  • Planning Center plans and Asana management, ensuring service plans are developed at least three months in advance for early planning and programming development.
  • Calendar invite ownership and coordination with the Senior and Executive Pastors' Offices. 
  • Maintain and populate the master calendar with key service elements such as communion, baby dedications, and baptisms.
  • Service runsheet creation, print, cut, and distribution. 
  • Illustration/prop sourcing, purchasing, and organizing.
  • Weekend & Event Detail Formatting & Initial Setup. 

EDUCATION:

Undergraduate degree

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of relevant administrative and leadership experience 
  • Proficient organization skills and competencies in programs such as: Planning Center, Google Suite, Asana, etc.

Classification: Full-time Salary (Non-Exempt)

Reporting to: Weekend Programming Manager
