Programmatic Operations Manager 

PatientPoint’s Programmatic Operations Manager is a crucial role focused on managing and optimizing programmatic advertising initiatives. This role involves working with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of programmatic campaigns to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and a proactive approach to performance management and troubleshooting.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Programmatic Deal Operations: Overseeing the entire programmatic deal workflow, from setup, execution, reporting, and optimizations.  Responsible for identifying process improvements to enhance effectiveness of programmatic operations.  
  • Campaign Management: Responsible for monitoring campaigns across various programmatic platforms to ensure accurate campaign delivery and performance against KPIs. Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to deal health.  
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly reviewing and analyzing campaign performance data within dashboards and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.   
  • Partner Management: Building and maintaining relationships with AdTech Platforms, notably SSPs and key stakeholders.  

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing programmatic deals directly within SSPs and DSPs.  
  • Possess a strong understanding of programmatic, targeting, and AdTech platforms and technologies.   
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization and performance analysis. Proven ability to analyze data sets and effectively communicate findings.  
  • Proficient with major SSPs and ad servers.  
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. 

 

Base Salary Band: $90,000.00 - $168,000.00
