As the Programmatic Media Partner (LATAM), you will be responsible for building and maintaining relations with new publishers and inventory supply partners, as well as, devising strategies for programmatic media plans. 

You Will:

  • Build and maintain relations with new publishers and inventory supply partners; 
  • Negotiations with publishers and identifying growth opportunities on key accounts; 
  • Manage regional PMP market inside programmatic buying; 
  • Provide superior client services to publishers, from troubleshooting to billing; 
  • Selling & speaking to ad technology with negotiating rate & deal structures for the best interest of the business; 
  • Contribute to building & evangelizing the RTB House brand in co-operation with local Publishers.

Desired Experience: 

  • Understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, current technical advancements and market landscape; 
  • Established relations with Programmatic Publishers, Ad Networks and SSPs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills; 
  • Good knowledge of Excel  
  • Fluent spoken and written English; 
  • Native or fluent written spoken Spanish; 
  • Very organized and able to prioritize effectively; 
  • Good analytical skills; 
  • Attention to details
