Samba is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our fast-paced team in the APAC region. We're looking for a highly motivated and adaptable professional with a strong technical background in programmatic advertising and an in-depth understanding of the ad tech ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is eager to take ownership of client portfolios and drive growth. You will be at the forefront of our data, programmatic, and measurement capabilities, leading media planning, reporting, and campaign management from pre-sales to post-sale servicing. You'll work closely with the sales team to provide an exceptional end-to-end client experience, ensuring seamless campaign execution and performance optimization, while translating complex data into actionable insights that demonstrate value.
What You'll Do
Assess client business goals and media requirements to deliver tailored solutions and strategic recommendations for audience and measurement
Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities
Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate ROI
Lead post-campaign reviews and client presentations, aligning on performance, learnings, and next steps
Develop and activate audience strategies aligned to client media plans, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Monitor, optimise, and troubleshoot campaigns, audiences, and measurement to ensure smooth delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to support effective execution
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of programmatic advertising experience with a proven track record of growing accounts and establishing strong client relationships
Strong programmatic expertise and confidence working with a range of ad-tech vendors, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and ad-verification platforms
Solid experience in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data visualization
