A Program Specialist plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects and programs within an organization. Provider Network Operations is seeking a Program Specialist to support several operational functions that maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Aledade portfolio.   The candidate for this role is required to have strong communication, analytical, and organization skills.  The Program Specialist must operate collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders, and cross-functional leads to manage program/project scope.  This solution oriented candidate for this role should be a problem solver who is detailed and systematic in their approach.  In this role,  you will undertake a variety of administrative and program management duties ranging from defining business requirements, reporting on key performance indicators,optimizing current processes and supporting the day-to-day work. This Program Specialist will support the Withdrawals team. The primary responsibility of this resource is to support the withdrawal and rostering teams by ensuring client details are updated timely and accurately to reflect their contract participation with Aledade.  Core duties include: ensuring practice contract withdrawals are timely processed, contract participation is reflected accurately in all systems, and providing project management support to all Aledade teams that support the withdrawal process. This resource is expected to independently coordinate assessments, review and remediation of errors on erroneous records.  The Program Specialist is expected to identify trends in the data and strive to solve problems that are diverse and complex in scope. Primary Duties:
  • Facilitate the withdrawal process through its life cycle, from submission to closure.
  • Coordinate the processing of withdrawals across cross-functional teams (i.e., Field, Rostering, Operating Model, Con Ops, Legal, Integrations, and Practice Success).
  • Complete ad hoc data requests from Leadership and compile into reports for use in presentations.
  • Compile reports on status of withdrawals to communicate out to relevant stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations on changes/additions to both policies and procedures that support the withdrawal process
  • Recommend innovative plans for design or quality improvement of unit programs/procedures
  • Assist in developing operational goals, objectives, and standards for unit, programs, projects, etc.
  • Represent unit at internal and external meetings with stakeholders
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and Tableau.
  • Analyst-level ability with Google Sheets/Excel (i.e., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF statements).
  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Analytic skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Minimum Education : High school diploma; Bachelor’ degree in business administration or a health-related services preferred.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, as needed
