About the Team

We are seeking a passionate Early Talent Specialist to support Rubrik's Early Talent Program. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of connecting emerging talent to transformative opportunities by managing the full lifecycle of the intern experience. You will primarily focus on executing high-impact campus events, managing university relations, and driving "keep warm" engagement strategies. This role is essential to building a diverse talent pipeline and ensuring a world-class experience for our interns from their first campus interaction through to their first day on the job.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including socials, showcases, networking events, and panels.
  • Lead campus relations as the primary point of contact for all partner schools, managing relations, logistics, and on-site recruiting events. Travel to campuses and events to represent Rubrik and oversee on-site event logistics, including collateral shipping and booth management.
  • Execute "keep warm" strategies for intern hires and converted interns through virtual office tours, newsletters, and swag shipments to maintain engagement pre-onboarding.
  • Build and formalize an Ambassador Program and perform ROI analysis on campus activities to measure the effectiveness of university partnerships.
  • Drive proactive sourcing and pipeline building, with a focus on diversity outreach and developing relationships with student groups.
  • Support high-volume recruitment and sourcing as needed, providing overflow support to the wider Early Talent team during peak hiring cycles.

Experience You'll Need

  • 3+ years of university recruiting or program management experience, preferably within a high-growth or dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in event planning and logistics, specifically for campus recruiting or intern programming.
  • Full-cycle recruiting agility, with the ability to step in as a recruiter to manage pipelines, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement with diverse student organizations (NSBE, SHPE, etc.).
  • Experience managing campus relations and coordinating complex travel and logistics for on-site events.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks, keep-warm strategies, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and university sourcing tools (e.g., RippleMatch, Handshake, WayUp).
  • Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50-75% during peak fall season) to lead on-site campus events and manage local logistics.
  • Passion for creating inclusive, high-impact opportunities and empowering early-career talent.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage students and stakeholders at all levels.

This position will begin as an open-ended contract, initially scoped for eight months to address immediate business needs. Given our program's sustained growth, there is a strong business expectation for this contract to be extended.

The selected candidate will be referred to a staffing agency for employment onboarding. Rubrik is not accepting applications/submissions from agencies for this role.
