The Role

As a Program Manager at Stratpoint, you will lead and oversee a portfolio of related projects, ensuring they collectively deliver strategic business value for both the client and the organization. You will manage multiple Project Managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, align program-level objectives with business outcomes, and ensure governance across all assigned initiatives.

You will operate at a strategic and tactical level—balancing delivery oversight, stakeholder management, risk governance, and team leadership—while ensuring compliance with PMI’s principles and program management best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Strategy

• Define and maintain the overall program vision, roadmap, and objectives, ensuring alignment with client business goals and Stratpoint’s delivery standards.
• Oversee a portfolio of interconnected projects, ensuring cohesion, dependency mapping, and integration across streams.
• Provide direction and coaching to Project Managers to ensure consistent delivery quality and alignment to governance standards.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Manage multi-level stakeholder relationships across business, technical, vendor, and executive groups.
• Facilitate program-level communication, escalation, and decision-making.
• Ensure client expectations are managed at both project and program levels; drive satisfaction and long-term relationship growth.

Program Governance & Reporting

• Establish and maintain program governance (cadence, reporting, standards, KPIs).
• Track program health across cost, scope, timeline, risks, issues, and benefits realization.
• Consolidate inputs from all PMs and generate accurate program status reports for executives, clients, and internal councils.

Delivery Oversight & Execution

• Ensure all projects under the program are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed quality metrics.
• Monitor inter-project dependencies, cross-team risks, and resource allocation.
• Resolve high-level blockers, escalate when needed, and ensure proactive risk management across the program.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, QA, Cloud, Data, Product, and Business Units to ensure cohesive program execution.
• Align technical and business streams to support program milestones and deliverables.

Resource & Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor Project Managers; guide them on governance, delivery standards, stakeholder engagement, and escalation protocols.
• Forecast and coordinate program resource needs across capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing program team culture.

Client Value & Growth

• Identify opportunities for add-on work, process improvements, and operational enhancements within the program.
• Support Account Management in identifying risks, upsell areas, or strategic initiatives beneficial to the client.

Risk, Issue, and Change Control

• Maintain visibility over all project-level and program-level risks.
• Ensure PMs execute proper mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Govern CR processes and ensure alignment with contractual scope and client agreements.

About You

You are/have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• 7–10+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• Demonstrated success in leading Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and multi-stream initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives and cross-functional groups.
• Operates with strong governance, structure, and delivery discipline.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in vendor coordination, contract alignment, and delivery assurance.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar delivery and tracking tools.

Nice to Have:  

• PMI PgMP
• Experience in Managed Services, QA, Cloud, Data, Software, AI projects.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and enterprise systems.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments (e.g., Tollways, Telco, Banking).
