Program Manager

In this position, the Program Manager will be leading a project requiring coordination with multiple stakeholders for a manufacturing organization. Experience with Defense primes and their subs is preferred.  The focal will work daily with team members to provide status on deliveries and delivery projections. In this position, the individual will be required to develop schedules, provide updates, and coordinate with the team to gather commitment dates.

To be successful in this role, the individual will need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse team members.

Required Qualifications

· Must be a U.S. citizen

· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent

· Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Program/Project management for minimum of 3 years

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Significant strength in Excel

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments

· Ability to develop reports and summarize customer deliverables

· Attention to detail

Ability to drive a team and organize a multi-faceted manufacturing team internally 

Clear communications to external customers to give update on component status

· Microsoft Project Expertise

· Understanding of manufacturing processes, flow, bill of material, etc.

· SharePoint experience

· Experience with Power BI or other data analytics software tools

· Experience with ERP systems
