About the Role Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This role will provide program and project management support across mission-focused initiatives that strengthen U.S. security cooperation efforts with partner nations. The Project Manager will work closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with DSCA objectives. This is a remote position with occasional travel as required by the mission Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects in support of DSCA programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and performance objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between government stakeholders, Redhorse leadership, and project teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across internal and external teams.
  • Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support program planning, execution, and performance tracking in accordance with federal standards.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare briefings, and document action items and decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and reporting expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices across the program.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably supporting federal customers.
  • Experience managing projects in dynamic, mission-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (active clearance preferred).
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) or security cooperation programs.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
  • Experience supporting policy, logistics, acquisition, or international affairs programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
