About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This role will provide program and project management support across mission-focused initiatives that strengthen U.S. security cooperation efforts with partner nations. The Project Manager will work closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with DSCA objectives.
This is a remote position with occasional travel as required by the mission
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects in support of DSCA programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and performance objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact between government stakeholders, Redhorse leadership, and project teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across internal and external teams.
Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
Support program planning, execution, and performance tracking in accordance with federal standards.
Facilitate meetings, prepare briefings, and document action items and decisions.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and reporting expectations.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices across the program.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably supporting federal customers.
Experience managing projects in dynamic, mission-driven environments.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
U.S. citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (active clearance preferred).
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) or security cooperation programs.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
Experience supporting policy, logistics, acquisition, or international affairs programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
