Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager who combines strategic clarity, ownership, and empathy to lead cross-functional programs that deliver measurable impact. This role goes beyond program execution — it requires mentorship, cultural leadership, and customer-first problem solving. The Program Manager will work with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence, foster innovation, and build trust with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Bring clarity to complexity by driving structure, measurable goals, and clear outcomes.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term transformation by addressing technical debt, regulatory requirements, and innovation.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and clients, shaping decisions through insight and data.
- Manage stakeholder expectations with transparency, ensuring alignment across diverse business and technology groups.
- Build lasting relationships by demonstrating accountability, empathy, and business understanding.
Execution & Governance
- Lead multiple projects under one program umbrella, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Establish risk and issue management frameworks, proactively mitigating challenges.
- Oversee financials, budgets, and resource allocation with discipline and accountability.
Agile & Cultural Leadership
- Champion Agile/SAFe practices, not just as delivery frameworks but as enablers of collaboration, learning, and adaptability.
- Coach and mentor program teams, helping them evolve in ownership, curiosity, and purpose.
- Promote psychological safety and peer support to strengthen delivery culture.
Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay ahead of regulatory, technological, and domain-specific trends (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, Open Banking, Digital Health).
- Leverage AI-first, automation-driven approaches to optimize program efficiency and decision-making.
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement by questioning the status quo.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 8–10 years of program/project management with exposure to finance, payments, healthcare, or digital transformation.

Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor teams, not just manage tasks.

Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or Prince2.

Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development, cloud, or enterprise transformation.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to finance, payments, or healthcare.

Preferred Certifications
- PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or SAFe Certification
