Program Manager (Order Fulfillment Specialist) - #34697

Our client is a multifaceted enterprise specializing in branding solutions, uniforms and costumes, custom manufacturing, and fulfillment and third-party logistics (3PL) services. With over 30 years of experience, our client is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of its clients. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape and implement marketing strategies from the ground up.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Manager plays a key role in ensuring client programs and orders are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for process excellence. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, systems, and structure — taking pride in building and maintaining clean, reliable workflows that support both the client experience and internal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned client programs and ensure all orders flow accurately through the system.
• Review order details for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, decoration methods, ship dates, and POs.
• Partner with Account Managers, Account Coordinators, and CSR teams to clarify details and proactively resolve issues.
  

Requirements

Must-have Skills/Qualifications:

• 2 or more years in order entry/data entry. Branding, promotional products, or logistics industries could be advantageous. Candidates from other industries are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, order management platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Freelance - Independent Contractor

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8 AM to 5 PM US CST
