本ポジションは、単一プロジェクトの管理に留まらず、経営戦略と現場実行を接続するプログラムマネジメント機能を担います。
社長直下の専任組織として、全社横断・組織横断イニシアティブを推進し、プロジェクト・ポートフォリオ全体のROI最大化と、重要プロジェクトの成功確度向上に責任を持ちます。
We are looking for a Program Manager who will drive the growth of Pairs, a leading online dating application in Japan, and help solve critical business and organizational challenges.
This role goes beyond managing individual projects. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and execution, owning program management that connects executive intent with on-the-ground delivery.
As part of a dedicated organization reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives, with responsibility for maximizing portfolio-level ROI and increasing the success rate of strategically important projects.
What You’ll Do:
プロジェクト・ポートフォリオマネジメント (Senior level)
・経営戦略に基づき、全社で進行する複数プロジェクトを横断的に可視化・整理
・各プロジェクトのROI、リスク、進捗、リソース配分を分析し、意思決定に資するレポーティングを実施
・優先順位の見直しやリソース再配分を通じて、ROI最大化とイノベーション創出を支援
開発プロジェクトマネジメント（Driverとして）
・Techリソースを伴うプロジェクトにおいて、Program / Project Managerとして主導
・スケジュール・品質・ビジネスインパクトを意識したゴール設定と実行管理
・リスク・課題・依存関係を先回りで特定し、関係者を巻き込みながら解消
・全社横断・経営課題解決プロジェクトの推進 (Senior level)
・AI活用による業務効率化など、経営アジェンダに直結するプロジェクトの企画・推進
・プロジェクトごとにBusiness Owner / Key Stakeholderと役割を定義し、ゴール達成までドライブ
プロセス改善・仕組み化
・プロジェクト・プランニング・開発プロセスの標準化・効率化
・開発チームと連携し、プロジェクト推進プロセスやツール活用の改善をリード
グローバル連携（US/Asia）

Program & Project Portfolio Management (Senior level)
・Build and maintain a holistic view of multiple initiatives across the company, aligned with business and corporate strategy.
・Analyze and report on project ROI, risks, progress, and resource allocation to support executive decision-making.
・Drive prioritization and resource reallocation to maximize ROI and enable innovation.
Development Project Management (as a Driver)
・Lead technology-driven initiatives as a Program/Project Manager.
・Define and execute against clear goals with a focus on schedule, quality, and business impact.
・Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and resolve them by mobilizing stakeholders.
Company-wide & Executive-Level Initiatives (Senior level)
・Plan and execute projects directly tied to executive agendas, such as operational efficiency through AI adoption.
・Define roles and responsibilities with Business Owners and Key Stakeholders, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
・Standardize and improve project planning and development processes.
・Partner with engineering teams to evolve delivery processes and optimize tool usage.
Global Collaboration (US / Asia)
※Depending on the candidate’s English proficiency and interests, the following responsibilities may also be assigned.
・Collaborate with US headquarters and Asia offices to improve the success rate of annual plans and key initiatives.
・Communicate effectively in English through documentation, meetings, and alignment discussions.
Basic Qualifications:
プロジェクトまたはプログラムマネジメントの実務経験（3年以上）
複数ステークホルダー（PdM / Eng / Biz / CxO 等）を巻き込み、合意形成をリードした経験
アジャイル開発（Scrum等）の基本的な理解と、ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトへの参画経験
課題を構造化し、事実とデータをもとに議論・意思決定を前に進める能力
ビジネスレベルの日本語による業務コミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）
ビジネスレベルの英語による業務コミュニケーション能力（読み書き必須）
3+ years of experience in project or program management
Proven experience leading alignment and decision-making across multiple stakeholders (PdM, Engineering, Business, CxO, etc.)
Solid understanding of Agile development (e.g., Scrum) and hands-on experience with software development projects
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure problems and move decisions forward using data and facts
Business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing as must)
Preferred Qualifications:

グローバルチーム（海外拠点・本社）との協業経験
プロダクトマネジメント、または要件定義の実務経験
PMP、CSM、PSMなどの関連資格

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from a portfolio perspective
Experience working with global teams or overseas offices
Hands-on experience in product management or requirements definition
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PSM

Business-level English proficiency (verbal is preferred)
