This role serves as the strategic engine for a critical domain, overseeing a portfolio of projects and programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and key results. The Program Manager drives cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, partnering with teams across product, operations, finance, and marketing. You will manage risks, dependencies, and resources while delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders. This role combines hands-on project leadership with portfolio oversight, ensuring programs are executed efficiently, on-time, and on-budget. Success requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong communication skills. The position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact programs in a fast-growing, innovative environment with a remote-first setup. Accountabilities:
  • Lead project and program management efforts, including chartering, scope definition, schedule management, risk mitigation, and QA oversight.
  • Align programs with business objectives and key results (OKRs), creating business cases, forecasting costs and returns, and managing interdependencies.
  • Drive portfolio management activities such as demand triage, prioritization, resource capacity planning, and multi-stakeholder reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess change impacts, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Champion PMO practices, coaching teams on organizational change management, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Oversee release management, transition to business-as-usual operations, and lessons-learned documentation.
  • Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of leadership experience in program management with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering projects across product, operations, finance, and marketing functions.
  • Technical fluency, including familiarity with supply-chain processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and other enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills to introduce and embed PMO practices.
  • Proficiency with PPM tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Planview/AdaptiveWorks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, computer science, data science, AI, engineering, or a related quantitative field; PMP certification preferred.
