This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives across a critical business domain, acting as the engine for program success while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects and programs, providing structured leadership and operational oversight to deliver measurable results. You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights on project portfolios. This role blends hands-on program execution with portfolio management, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timing objectives. You will also champion process improvements, PMO maturity, and organizational change initiatives to enhance efficiency and impact. Ideal candidates are proactive, data-driven, and skilled at balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage programs and projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with OKRs, success criteria, and organizational priorities
  • Act as a PMO champion, providing thought partnership, coaching, and organizational change management
  • Develop project charters, scopes, schedules, risk management plans, and testing/QA procedures, ensuring smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations
  • Oversee program-level planning including cost/return forecasting, interdependency management, and status reporting
  • Manage project portfolios, prioritize demand, assess risks and opportunities, and allocate resources effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and marketing to ensure program objectives are met and lessons learned are captured for continuous improvement
  • Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of PMO or program management experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale initiatives
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional delivery across product, operations, finance, and marketing teams
  • Strong technical fluency, including understanding of supply chain processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and PPM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of introducing and demonstrating the value of program management concepts
  • Experience with portfolio management, risk assessment, business case development, and process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related quantitative field; PMI PMP certification preferred
