About the Role
Neo4j’s office is hiring a GenAI Program Manager who will operate as part of a centralized cross-functional team, reporting to the Chief of Staff.
As a Program Manager for GenAI, you'll drive complex cross-functional workstreams for our most critical initiative: making Neo4j the leading platform to build APIs, tools, and agents for GenAI applications powered by knowledge graphs. You'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, product and engineering to ensure work-streams are on a single set of rails and the successful delivery of high-stakes initiatives that will shape Neo4j’s growth and strategic direction.
This role requires exceptional program management skills to navigate ambiguous, cross-functional projects that often involve multiple internal and external stakeholders, custom technical solutions, and accelerated timelines. You’ll be responsible for keeping all cross-functional teams on the same rails, ensuring we keep moving fast. This will mean taking on ambitious OKRs, hitting roadmap milestones, and making sure nothing slips between the cracks across teams.
Your work will have high visibility across the company and executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-functional Coordination: Orchestrate efforts across engineering, product, GTM, legal, security, and external partner teams to ensure aligned execution.
GenAI Strategy: Contribute to defining Neo4j’s GenAI strategy and be actively involved in outlining our most strategic initiatives, including building and managing the GenAI Annual Operating Plan (budget, headcount, strategy, execution plan).
Strategy & Reporting: Drive the end to end GenAI operating cadence from shaping strategy to surfacing results. Partner with leadership to translate the product vision into an annual operating plan, define and socialize OKRs and north-star KPIs, build automated dashboards that expose real-time progress and risks, and run the monthly/quarterly business-review cadence that turns data into decisions.
Executive Communication: Provide clear status updates and technical insights to leadership, translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences including C-suite, board members and investors.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the GenAI program. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams
Risk Management: Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints early; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
