Program Manager

You’ll be working with the Program management team. In this role, you work as part of various cross-functional teams that own the strategic direction for individual products at exponent and deliver these products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Formulating, organising and monitoring inter-connected Programs for new product development and introduction
• Planning and coordinating cross-project activities across stakeholders and departments
• Apply change, risk and resource management to meet organisation objectives
• Risk mitigation, monitoring and control, communication of impact across stakeholders

The ideal candidate requires

• Experience with Program or Project management
• Ability to analyse and manage risks, identify and mitigate impact
• Impeccable communication skills
• Attention to detail and customer-first attitude
