Program Manager, ERP Implementation (Supply Chain)

TLDR

Manage ERP system enhancements in collaboration with Supply Chain leads to ensure alignment with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

POSITION SUMMARY: The ERP Implementation Manager, Supply Chain works in close collaboration with the Manager, ERP to ensure Supply Chain requirements are identified and efficiently implemented within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. As part of the Supply Chain department, this role ensures that ERP solutions align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and support growth. Working with the applicable Supply Chain functional leads, this position will develop, plan, and implement system enhancements. Additionally, this role coordinates the implementation of the Supply Chain processes necessary to support long-term performance of the ERP system in a SOX-compliant manner.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  1. Leads the Supply Chain organization in the implementation and ongoing functional support of NuScale’s ERP system. 
  2. Works with Supply Chain personnel on development of ERP tools, performance indicators, charts, tables, and other items used for data visualization.
  3. Maps and documents system functionality and processes.
  4. Owns and manages the Supplier Portal, including training and supporting Supplier success in utilization of the Supplier Portal.
  5. Processes and approves self-service registration and change requests; creates and maintains supplier records; and ensures the accuracy and completeness of supplier data within ERP supplier profiles.
  6. Troubleshoots Supply Chain specific ERP issues and matters and acts as a liaison between IT and Supply Chain to define and document problems.
  7. Creates and maintains resource documents, training materials, and desk instructions related to Supply Chain processes and ongoing use of the ERP system.
  8. Identifies areas for improvement via system functionality enhancements to increase efficiency and strengthen Supply Chain processes.
  9. Defines and prioritizes Supply Chain’s functional and process needs and requirement to drive continuous improvements in technology and processes.
  10. Gathers and analyzes data from various sources for research purposes to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  11. Prepares and presents data to various groups across the organization.
  12. Work closely with interfacing departments to implement tailored and focused best practices and processes that reduce commercial and technical risk and complexity.
  13. Assists with change management activities.
  14. Assists the Supply Chain department in achieving and tracking business objectives.
  15. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:
  • Education/Certification:  A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field of study.
  • Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of full-time and relevant working experience in Supply Chain in the energy, utility or similar highly regulated industry is required. 
  • Industry Requirements:  Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

Pay and Benefits: 

The target base salary range for this position is $150,537 - $181,683 annually.  The full base salary range is $134,964 - $211,098 annually.
