We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate technical Program Manager to lead and drive high-quality deliveries within the R&D team. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with senior management and Product Line Management (PLM) to define the organizational roadmap, execute the product development cycle, and ensure perfect alignment between technical considerations and customer expectations.
What you’ll do:
Release Management: Lead and coordinate all release activities, ensuring alignment with PLM/customer expectations and internal R&D considerations
Planning & Execution: Take responsibility in the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple R&D activities and the product development cycle.
Coordination & Problem Solving: Coordinate efforts between different teams, identify and proactively remove roadblocks, and provide necessary mitigations.
Strategy & Roadmap: Play a key role in defining the organizational roadmap and managing stakeholder/executive expectations.
Process Improvement: Evolve and improve current release and development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
What you must have:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a comparable technical Program or Project Management role, following a proven background of 10+ years in technical or engineering positions.
Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
Possesses a strong, background in Software and/or Hardware development, with the ability to actively participate and contribute to technical discussions, decisions, and problem-solving.
Strong leadership skills, an independent problem solver, and excellent communication/team-working abilities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Proven proficiency in agile development method
Experience or familiarity with Cellular standards (e.g., 4G/5G) – an advantage.
Education:
B.Sc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
