We are looking for a senior, delivery-driven Program Manager to join our PMO team at Commencis, capable of managing complex digital delivery programs in a service company environment (banking, airline, insurance, large-scale digital platforms).
As a Program Manager, you will lead multi-project digital delivery programs covering mobile & web application design and development, with full ownership of planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder management.
You will play a critical role in ensuring predictable delivery, financial control, and strong client trust across long-running, high-impact programs.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs composed of multiple projects, streams, and teams, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commercial goals, and client expectations.
Lead program-level planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking, including revenue, cost, margin, and utilization considerations.
Define and manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, scope, budget, and success criteria.
Ensure delivery is completed on time, within scope, within budget, and at agreed quality standards.
Actively manage change requests (CRs), including effort and cost impact analysis, commercial alignment, tracking, and client communication.
Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
Lead program status reporting, steering committee meetings, and escalation management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Business.
Apply and tailor delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on contract structure and project context.
Apply PMO governance, reporting, and delivery standards to ensure consistency, transparency, and decision readiness.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is a strong plus.
8+ years of experience in project / program management within digital product or software development environments.
Proven experience working in a service / consultancy company, managing external clients and commercial constraints.
Strong experience in planning, budget management, forecasting, and financial control of delivery programs.
Hands-on experience with fixed-price projects, change request management, and Waterfall delivery, in addition to Agile practices.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and delivery frameworks.
Advanced level of English (written and verbal); experience with international clients is a strong plus.
PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and expectation management skills.
Highly organized, delivery-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity and complexity.
