Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Acceleration Consultant to manage the Digital QuickWins product to join our extended team. The person will work together with our company businesses worldwide, to identify and select innovative digital solutions that cater to specific organizational needs. As a key player in the Digital QuickWins projects, you will lead the development and implementation of solutions primarily using agile methodologies and Microsoft Office 365 tools, including PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and others.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in project management;
- Up to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (certifications are valued);
- Experience in relations management;
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical and Computer Engineering;
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Management is also accepted;
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools and design thinking methodology;
- Experience and/or knowledge of the energy sector will be valued;
- Fluency in PT and EN required, and ES valued;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment;
- Critical thinking skills with a focus on resolving blockers.
