Role Summary:

Notable’s Builder Ecosystem is a core strategic initiative. We help healthcare organizations become AI architects, building their own workflows instead of just buying software. This ecosystem includes a Skills marketplace, professional development pathways, and network effects to grow the next generation of health system AI Builders.

We’re looking for a Program Manager to help design, scale, and optimize this ecosystem. You’ll shape the end-to-end Builder journey, accelerate Builders from trained to production, and ensure the program has what it needs to succeed. You’ll work closely with the Head of Builder Ecosystem on strategy, surface tradeoffs, and translate market intelligence into priorities. You’ll also be the single source of truth for Builder pipeline health, training velocity, and team execution.

This is a cross-functional role: you’ll connect the Builder Success Lead, Product Marketing Manager, and Head of Builder Ecosystem, providing data, infrastructure, and operational alignment. If you’ve built partner programs, developer ecosystems, or customer enablement operations at a SaaS or platform company and enjoy connecting the dots and driving outcomes, this role will feel familiar.

What You’ll Do:

  • Program Strategy & Execution

    • Partner with the Head of Builder Ecosystem to manage program strategy, roadmap, resources, and tradeoffs.

    • Track what’s working, flag issues, and recommend solutions.

    • Design and iterate the end-to-end Builder journey, from awareness to certification to production.

    • Drive Builder acceleration cohorts and remove strategic blockers.

  • Cross-Functional Execution

    • Keep the team aligned and accountable.

    • Manage work boards, prioritize initiatives, flag risks, and maintain stakeholder communication across Customer Success, Delivery, and other teams.

    • Maintain program documentation, knowledge systems, and decision logs.

  • Builder Funnel & Data Operations

    • Own the Builder CRM as the single source of truth.

    • Track and analyze the Builder funnel, build predictive models, and identify high potential and at risk Builders.

    • Deliver data-driven insights that shape strategy, field engagement, and product decisions.

    • Maintain Builder segmentation and personas to inform nudges and investments.

  • Training & Certification Operations

    • Manage the training platform, enrollment, pipeline health, and curriculum strategy.

    • Oversee curriculum contractors, certification processes, and onboarding journeys from day one to first production flow.

You’re a Great Fit if:

  • 5+ years in program management, operations, or enablement roles, running complex cross-functional programs.

  • Strong data and analytics skills, comfortable managing CRMs and dashboards.

  • Experience in growth-stage companies building infrastructure while running programs.

  • Familiarity with AI tools, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, LMS platforms, BI/analytics tools, and Salesforce.

  • Excellent written communication, bias toward action, and ability to drive alignment across teams.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% to customer sites

Nice to have:

  • Healthcare experience, SaaS/platform ecosystem programs, managing training or certification operations, and experience directing contractors or vendors.

How We Expect You to Work:

  • AI-first: leverage AI to scale impact and automate workflows.

  • Product-fluent: deeply understand Notable’s platform to identify friction and gaps.

  • Builder-minded: You love the 0->1 phase, create processes, wear multiple hats, and run infrastructure while building it.

We value in-person collaboration and connection. For Bay Area–based employees, this role requires being in our San Mateo office at least three days a week. For remote employees, occasional travel to headquarters is expected for company-wide events and onsite gatherings.
