About The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

As the partner of product VP, drive product & engineering delivery excellence by ensuring key initiatives are executed with strong ownership, pace, and outcomes
Own end-to-end tracking of priority projects sponsored by the CEO and Head of Product, including:
- Cross-functional resource alignment
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Milestone and progress tracking with clear visibility
Build and operate effective execution mechanisms and operating rhythms to improve organizational efficiency, including but not limited to OKRs, weekly reports, and recurring reviews
Resolve complex cross-team collaboration challenges across Product, Engineering, QA, Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions
Work closely with local / regional teams to align on goals, planning, and priorities, ensuring continuous alignment with global strategy

What We Look For In You

Fast learner with strong ownership and a bias toward execution
Strong systems thinking and holistic perspective; able to manage complexity
Solid understanding of product and engineering development lifecycles
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to influence without authority
Fluent in English as a working language

Good to Haves

Experience working closely with second-line functions (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Risk)
Background in Crypto, Fintech, or other highly regulated industries
Strong interest in and passion for the crypto industry
