As a Professional Services Specialist, you will be responsible for building and launching mobile platforms for our clients. You’ll manage deployments, execute platform updates, and ensure every build meets RepeatMD’s quality standards. This role is key to delivering seamless onboarding experiences for our customers.
Build client mobile platforms following RepeatMD guidelines and best practices.
Execute branded app deployments, including testing and implementing updates.
Perform QA checks to ensure platform accuracy and functionality.
Log work and updates in internal tracking systems.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Continuously suggest improvements to internal workflows and tools.
Stay up-to-date with product enhancements and industry trends.
Platform Build Accuracy: ≥ 98%
SLA Compliance: ≥ 95% of builds completed on time
QA Pass Rate: ≥ 98% on peer-reviewed builds
Internal Ticket Resolution Time: ≤ 2 business days
Deployment Volume: Meets monthly team benchmarks
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience working with technical or SaaS products.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with web builders (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
