Professional Services Manager

AI overview

Play a pivotal role in helping customers successfully set up their learning environments by guiding them through key milestones and solving technical challenges creatively.

At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold: To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we’ve been doing just that for more than a decade, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that’s both powerful and affordable.

We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 11+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), TalentCards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations).

Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter — not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow.

We are searching for a Professional Services Manager to join our Implementation/Professional Services team and play a pivotal role in helping customers set up their learning environments successfully. In this role, you will work hands-on inside customer portals—configuring their LMS, setting up structures, assisting with content migration, and delivering training that prepares them for long-term success. You’ll collaborate closely with Support, Product, and Customer Success teams, solve technical challenges creatively, and guide customers through key milestones that lead to a smooth go-live.

If you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on technical work, and helping customers bring their learning strategies to life, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

As a Professional Services Manager, you will:

  • Lead customer implementations from start to finish, guiding them from the first kickoff call all the way to a successful platform launch.
  • Work directly inside customer TalentLMS portals, setting up their structure, configuring settings, managing user access, and making sure everything is organized and ready to use.
  • Help customers bring their training content into the platform, including migrating existing materials and assisting with basic course creation. You don’t need to be an instructional designer, but you should understand how training flows and courses come together.
  • Troubleshoot setup and configuration issues, working with our Support team whenever needed to find quick and accurate solutions.
  • Run customer training sessions, showing admins and users how to use the platform with confidence.
  • Answer customer questions during the implementation process, offering guidance on setup, best practices, and how to use key features.
  • Use critical and creative thinking to help customers achieve their goals, even when they have unique or complex needs.
  • Monitor customer progress and milestones, ensuring they stay on track for a smooth go-live.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Support, Product, and Content) using tools like Salesforce, Asana, Zendesk, and Gong.
  • Contribute to helpful resources, such as documentation, webinars, and best-practice materials.
  • Continuously learn about Epignosis products, staying up to date as our platforms evolve.

Requirements

To be successful in this role as a Professional Services Manager, you should have:

  • Ability to work US time zone hours some days per week.
  • Strong technical aptitude for working hands-on in SaaS platforms.
  • Good understanding of learning design, training workflows, and course creation principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative, outside-the-box thinking.
  • A customer-first, consultative mindset.
  • Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating across teams using modern tools (Salesforce, Asana, Zendesk, Gong) or willingness to learn.
  • A proactive approach and eagerness to expand product knowledge continuously.

Bonus points:

  • Experience in implementations, customer onboarding, or technical support in SaaS.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms, eLearning tools, or content formats like.
  • Additional languages.
