Your duties in Logistics:

  • Taking care of our in- and outbound transports from A to Z, documentation, information, clarification, delivering full service support
  • Providing support and guidance for all questions and challenges concerning our logistics structures and special requirements, like IATA, ADR, etc. related topics
  • Continuous improvement of our processes and services, always striving to perform better than yesterday

Your duties in Procurement:

  • Performing strong and reliable services in purchasing, processing purchase requests and handling all quests on the way to delivery, including documentation, negotiations, claim management and KPI analysis
  • Procurement support in projects of all scales, providing expert advice and assistance for our teams
  • Vendor management, building and managing durable and trustful relationships with our vendors

Requirements

  • Commercial education, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Purchasing with 1-3 years of professional experience in a business environment
  • Team player with a high sense of service and cross-team collaboration
  • Internal and external communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Qualification as authorized person for dangerous goods and other freight service related authorizations, preferably chemicals or customs, is desired but not mandatory
