About the Role

As a Professional Development Manager within Dialectica’s Professional Development (PD) team, your mission will be to significantly enhance the effectiveness of our current and future managers within our core operations. You will be directly responsible for the strategic design, development, and global oversight of high-impact management and leadership programs that drive our key business outcomes.

As the Center of Excellence Lead for Managers, Senior Managers and Vice Presidents in our core operations, you will manage a small team of individuals and ensure global standardisation and best-in-class delivery across all our regions, whilst actively developing your team as PD professionals . This role will require close collaboration with operations leaders and People Partners to co-develop content and measure the quantifiable impact of our talent progression, performance management, and competency-based initiatives.

What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of Professional Development (PD) activities, with a focus on management and leadership. Conduct learning needs analysis and ensure alignment of activities with our broader strategy. 
  • Design and deliver high-impact learning programs and capability building journeys (including building skills such as sales, people management, leadership etc.)
  • Manage a small team of PD specialists
  • Analysing, reporting, and measuring outcomes based on data gathered from learning initiatives, and proposing action plans that increase their ROI and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with the broader People team to develop engaging initiatives aiming to achieve professional development of targeted audiences
  • Supporting the global PD strategy by ensuring the alignment of each regional office with PD practices

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, launching, and managing global management & leadership development programs, with measurable business impact (e.g., financials, retention)
  • Good understanding of L&D program development & delivery best practices
  • Experience in conducting learning needs analyses
  • Excellent training delivery & facilitation experience, including Train-the-Trainer
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in People/HR, business Operations, and other support functions (stakeholder management)
  • Strong strategic thinking and business consulting skills with a proven ability to define clear outcomes and measure impact via business KPIs
