•         Assist in testing new product features or system enhancements (UAT).

•         Document customer journeys, workflows, and process maps

Requirements

§ A bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ banking experience, 1 of which should have been in products management or data analytics.

§  Proven track record in development and management of Banking /Financial services products.

§  Good knowledge of key product marketing principles.

§  Product and financial training.

§  Revenue generation initiatives

§  Project management skills

§  Good interpersonal skills necessary for collaboration with other teams for implementation of activities.

§  Team player and ability to work with minimum supervision.

§  Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, financial management and budget planning skills.

§ Computer literate (MS Office Suite including MS- Excel)
