Title: Productization Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a curious and disciplined Productization Intern to support Snic’s product and platform work. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real software development, QA, APIs, technical documentation, and reusable product components in a manufacturing technology environment.
At Snic, productization is not just feature coding. It includes building reusable components, improving internal tools, supporting testing, and helping turn repeated delivery work into scalable product or platform assets. This supports Snic’s broader XaaS model of software, integration, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development of internal tools, utilities, and product components
- Assist with bug fixing, testing, and regression validation
- Help document APIs, technical flows, and system behaviors
- Contribute to reusable templates, scripts, and accelerators
- Work with senior developers on bounded modules and technical tasks
- Participate in code reviews, sprint discussions, and technical documentation
- Help improve engineering quality through structured testing and issue reproduction
Required Skills
- Basic programming knowledge in at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java
- Understanding of basic OOP concepts
- Familiarity with SQL and database basics
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a structured way
Good to Have
- Exposure to web development
- Understanding of APIs and REST services
- Exposure to Git or version control
- Any academic, personal, or internship project involving coding
- Basic understanding of debugging or QA practices

- Final-year students or recent graduates in B.Tech, MCA, BSc CS, or related fields
- Strong interest in software engineering, QA, or platform development
