We are currently looking for a Production Worker (Molder) offering a starting wage of $24.50 per hour, plus a $5.00 per hour night shift premium.

As a Production Worker (Molder) at Bath Fitter you will be responsible for finishing various materials using the necessary equipment, tools, or machinery.

What is the ideal profile for this position? 

  • Experience working in a factory, warehouse, or similar environment. 
  • Ability to perform physical work, including standing and handling tools. 
  • Ability to work in a hot environment. 
  • Adherence to health and safety standards. 

As a Production Worker (Molder), what will your responsibilities be? 

  • Cut various materials using a band saw or a cutting bench according to department procedures. 
  • Perform bending, straightening, sanding, and assembly of products using various equipment and machinery. 
  • Adjust machinery or molds according to manufacturing procedures. 
  • Mold parts to meet established criteria. 
  • Conduct visual inspections of products and repair any imperfections. 
  • Label, package, and box finished parts. 
  • Adhere to the company’s health and safety standards.
