主要职责:
遵循小车的安全操作标准，严格执行现场安全作业要求
严格执行质量标准，落实检验要求；对潜在的质量改善，提出改善建议
配合工艺工程师完善产品加工程序设定
参与制定生产作业标准：包括开关机，过程调整，OM，换型等
遵循现场的5S管理，执行5S改善
执行设备初级维护保养并保持相关记录
统计生产数据，完善生产记录
参与现场改善活动，配合工艺和设备部门完成问题分析和改善活动
负责员工的上岗培训与复训
完成领班安排的其他工作任务
基本要求:
具备良好的学习、理解与沟通能力，善于观察，思考
具有较强的自主化意识，拥有强烈的学习意愿，较强的动手能力，对待工作积极主动
具有机械或自动化相关背景的学习经历，具备基本的电脑操作技能
具有机械制造或加工工作经验，能独立操作简单生产设备者优先考虑，能够熟练认读图纸、量具的使用
具备英语运用技能者优先考虑
