The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.
Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. Reponsibilities
Develop and implement a department growth strategy.Effectively manage the technology department, coordinate team activities, and ensure key KPI achievement: MTTR, MTBF, OEE.
Plan, monitor, and oversee technical maintenance.
Develop maintenance and repair plans for equipment installations.
Create instructions following the company’s internal standards.
Calculate and order spare parts and materials for equipment.
Actively participate in the development and scaling of production equipment and systems.
Report to senior management.
Qualifications
Higher education (technical field).
Experience in managing a team of skilled engineers involved in introducing new products into production.
Understanding of manufacturing processes.Knowledge of production capacity planning and workforce requirements.
Experience in creating production documentation.
Practical knowledge of Agile methodology.
Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
