Job Title: Production Support Engineer
Location: Cleaveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid


Job Description (Main Duties):
  • Perform day to day operations for applications you are responsible for.
  • Triage production incidents. Perform follow-up actions.
  • Review all upcoming changes impacting the applications and address concerns raised by management.
  • Review application for expiring certificates as well as critical vulnerabilities and implement remediation changes.
  • Perform audit and compliance tasks for applications
  • review quarterly certifications
  • Review and manage application ids and manage them in Cyberark,
  • Review and manage Disaster recovery plans.

Required Skills:
  1. Minimum of 3 yrs experience in Production Support as L2
  2. ServiceNow (SNOW) Change, Incident and Problem management modules.
  3. Experience handling certificates
  4. Exposure to Java microservices
  5. Unix

Nice-to-have Skills:
  1. other modules in SNOW
  2. Jenkins
  3. Git
  4. Understanding of Networking, load balancers, WAF, firewalls, DNS

Soft Skills:
  1. Written and verbal communications
  2. Ability to operate independently
  3. Ability to learn new processes and procedures.
