Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • 2 to 5 years in production support or similar role

  • Experience with scripting (Shell, Python) and SQL

  • Hands-on with application servers, databases, and cloud platforms (Windows Server, IIS, RabbitMQ, SQL Server, AWS, Azure)

  • Familiarity with incident management tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and ITIL processes

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure

  • Preferred: DevOps, CI/CD, cybersecurity knowledge

  • Must work from Coimbatore office

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production systems and resolve incidents

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

  • Conduct system health checks and maintenance

  • Support deployments and ensure minimal downtime

  • Maintain documentation and prepare reports

  • Work with development, testing, and infrastructure teams

  • Provide end-user support and training
