Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join our Production OSD team in our Sapes premises. 

As a Production Supervisor you will be accountable for the smooth operation of the production process through the proper coordination of processes and  – production workers.

More particularly:

What you will do:

• Conduct all basic steps of the production process; guiding the operators ,team leaders and mentioning any issue to the Production Manager
• Control the daily status of the mechanical equipment areas, the necessary labeling, as well as the RH and T conditions in the production areas
• Be accountable for coordinating, training and development of the production workers /team leaders
• Cooperate with the person responsible for all necessary in process controls
• Be responsible for the initiation of shift Productivity Targets and the follow up

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• BSc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Production Management or relevant field
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a relevant position within the pharmaceutical industry

Job-Specific Skills:

• Competent in English and PC
