The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. This role involves leading and motivating production teams, coordinating workflow, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The Production Supervisor serves as a key link between management and production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a 2nd shift opportunity Monday-Thursday (3:30pm-2am)
Salary: $55-65k/yr
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff to meet production schedules.
Monitor production processes, equipment, and employee performance to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize efficiency and support career growth.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Ensure proper use of equipment, adherence to maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.
Track and report on production metrics including output, quality, and labor efficiency.
Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment through enforcement of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
2+ years related work experience
Previous production supervisor experience within a manufacturing environment
