Job responsibilities:

- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance and compliance with safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
- Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
