Primary Objective：
Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
Your key responsibilities主要职责:
- Develop and execute monthly and weekly workshop production plans based on project orders and delivery schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
根据项目订单及交付周期，制定并组织实施车间生产计划，确保产品的按时高质量交付。
- Take full responsibility for on-site management of key processes such as assembly and FAT; optimize production workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
全面负责装配及检验等相关关键工序的现场管理，优化生产流程，提升作业效率，降低制造成本。
- Strictly adhere to ISO 9001 and collaborate with the quality department to implement end-to-end quality control, preventing any quality incidents.
严格执行ISO 9001，协同质量部门落实全过程质量管控，杜绝质量事故。
- Implement the safety accountability system to ensure high-risk activities—including lifting of large structural components, working at heights, and hot work—comply with EHS regulations, achieving a “zero-accident” target.
落实安全生产责任制，确保大型结构件吊装、高空作业、动火作业等高风险环节符合EHS规范，实现“零事故”目标。
- Manage production line supervisors and skilled technician teams; conduct skills training, performance evaluations, and workforce allocation to build a highly efficient and collaborative manufacturing team.
管理产线班组长及技术工人团队，开展技能培训、绩效考核与人员调配，打造高效协作的制造队伍。
- Work closely with design, procurement, logistics, after-sales, and other departments to resolve technical, material, and resource bottlenecks during production.
与设计、采购、物流、售后等部门紧密配合，解决生产过程中的技术、物料及资源瓶颈问题。
- Promote the implementation of Lean, 5S, VSM and other management tools on the shop floor to continuously enhance capacity utilization and manufacturing performance.
推动精益生产（Lean）、5S、VSM等管理工具在车间落地，持续提升产能利用率与制造水平。
- Develop and maintain SOPs and WIs for critical processes to ensure standardized, traceable operations and support new employee training and quality consistency.
编制和维护关键工序的SOP与WI，确保操作标准化、可追溯，并支持新员工培训与质量一致性。
- Monitor material consumption, labor hours, energy usage, and outsourcing costs throughout production; identify waste points and implement cost-saving initiatives to continuously optimize manufacturing costs while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
监控生产过程中的材料、工时、能耗及外包费用，识别浪费点并实施降本措施，在保障质量与交付的前提下持续优化制造成本。
- Complete other tasks assigned by operations manager or director, supply operations Dalian.
完成其他由大连供应运营经理或总监分配的任务。
- Awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 standards.
了解ISO14001 & 45001标准。
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time program in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
全日制本科以上学历，机电类相关专业。
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in large multinational manufacturing companies is preferred.
3年以上相关工作经验，大型制造型外企工作经验优先。
- Possess fundamental knowledge of assembly processes and be able to read and interpret assembly drawings.
懂得装配的基本常识，能阅读和理解装配图纸。
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
熟练使用Microsoft Office软件（如Excel、Word、PowerPoint）。
- CET-4 or above, with basic English reading and writing skills.
英语CET-4及以上，具备基本的英语读写能力。
- Familiarity with SAP, CAD or similar systems is preferred.
