Job Summary

As Production Sourcing & Supplier Data Manager you will support Rovo’s Product Team by ensuring clear visibility over supplier capabilities, costs and technical information across all production stages.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Sourcing & Qualification
  • Identify and technically qualify suppliers across production processes (fabrics, dyeing, finishing, printing, embroidery, washing).
  • Conduct structured supplier onboarding, ensuring full visibility of technical capabilities, capacity limits, quality standards, certifications and compliance.
  • Validate suppliers’ ability to scale from sample to bulk production.

Supplier Data Ownership
  • Build and maintain a centralized, accurate supplier database.
  • Keep supplier data updated on capabilities, costs (by process, MOQ, volume breaks), lead times, technical limitations, risks and certifications.
  • Ensure data is standardized, transparent, comparable and usable by internal teams.
Cost & Capability Mapping
  • Collect, validate and structure production cost data at supplier and process level.
  • Maintain clear cost benchmarks across suppliers for printing, dyeing, embroidery, washing, finishing and fabrics.
  • Identify gaps, overlaps and opportunities within the supplier base (e.g. missing capabilities, cost outliers).
  • Provide clear data inputs to support supplier selection decisions.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Act as a technical sourcing reference for Development, Planning and Production.
  • Recommend suitable suppliers for development and production needs.
  • Support internal teams with clear supplier insights.
Systems & Governance
  • Ensure all supplier data is correctly maintained in ERP and sourcing tools.
  • Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions and update routines.
  • Periodically review supplier information to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks through complete and traceable supplier data.

Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)

Must-Have Skills
  • Experience in production sourcing, supplier development or technical sourcing within fashion or textiles.
  • Strong understanding of fabrics and textile production processes.
  • Solid costing knowledge at supplier and process level.
  • Structured, detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (PHC or similar) and Excel.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with sustainability standards and supplier compliance (e.g. GOTS, OEKO-TEX).
  • Experience working with international supplier networks.
  • Familiarity with supplier audits or certification processes.
  • Knowledge of garment development workflows and tech packs.
