Production Senior Executive, Creator Growth

We are looking for a highly creative and organized Production Senior Execution to drive the execution of high-quality content for our clients and creators. As a senior, you are the engine behind our content operations. You will take ownership of end-to-end production—from the initial proposal stage to final execution—across various formats, including short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), long-form content, livestreams, and events. You will not only manage project execution but also guide junior team members and coordinate with external stakeholders like freelancers and agencies, integrate AI tools to improve efficiency, and ensure our creative output sets the benchmark in the market.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Content Production & Management:

  • Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for the direction, content, and overall quality of production projects from brief analysis to execution and post-event evaluation.
  • On-Site Supervision: Oversee onsite events and shooting operations. Ensure everything aligns perfectly with timelines, brand guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards.
  • Financial & Admin Control: Support the budgeting and quotation process to ensure financial efficiency for each project. Oversee post-event reporting and payment processes for suppliers and freelancers.
• Creative Direction & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Concept Development: Coordinate closely with the Creative, Account Management, and Creator Growth teams to build concepts and execution plans.
  • Ideation & Pitching: Brainstorm highly engaging creative ideas, especially for TikTok and short-form video. Join client presentations to confidently pitch these production concepts.
  • Quality Control: Guide and review the work of in-house editors, ensuring the final output is continuously upgraded and meets client expectations.
• Team Guidance & Network Expansion:
  • Project Leadership: Supervise project-based production teams consisting of in-house editors, content creators, and freelancers. Assign tasks, provide hands-on training, and ensure high-quality output.
  • Network Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with top talents, KOLs, creators, freelancers, and production suppliers to ensure we have a reliable, high-quality network for any project.

•  Tech & Innovation

  • AI Integration: Proactively learn, test, and adopt AI tools for content and video production. Train the broader production team on these tools to significantly improve workflow efficiency and output quality.

Who You Are

• 3–4 years of experience in content and creative production (specifically strong in long and short-form video production).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Production, Film/Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading project teams, coordinating across departments, and managing freelancers.
• Good understanding and practical usage of AI tools in content and video production. (A portfolio showcasing previous work and/or AI-assisted production is highly preferred).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially when managing talent/KOLs and pitching to clients.
• Creative, proactive, highly organized, capable of multitasking, and possessing a strong growth mindset for continuous improvement.
