Production Security Expert – Extended Rights

Act Digital is looking for a Production Security Expert to support one of our major financial clients in a complex and highly regulated environment.

The role focuses on reviewing, securing, and improving sensitive access rights within Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems. You will act as a security expert on extended rights and proxy-related topics, ensuring that access rules and processes are robust, compliant, and well-governed.

This position is well suited for someone who enjoys analysis, security governance, and process improvement, rather than day-to-day firefighting

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze security rules related to extended and privileged access rights

• Assess and improve security processes and controls

• Provide expert support on IAM production activities

• Contribute to global security initiatives related to access management

• Investigate security-related questions or incidents

• Act as a subject-matter expert on IAM and extended rights

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management

• Experience with extended or privileged access rights

• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working in large, international environments

• Autonomous, rigorous, and collaborative

• Hybrid position : 3 days on site, and 2 on remote 

• Prior exposure to banking or highly regulated environments is considered an asset.
