We’re seeking a Production Scheduler to optimize material releases and production flow across our supply chain operations.. As a key member of our growing supply chain team, you’ll report to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate daily with Procurement and Operations teams. Focus will be coordinating material flow and expediting critical components from warehouse to the production floor  within Supply Chain and Operations according to production schedule. You’ll communicate timelines and constraints across procurement, engineering, and operations teams to meet tight deadlines for shipments.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule cell W/O releases optimized for customer demand priority, kitting needs, design readiness, material availability, production resources, parts picking resources, and floorspace.
  • Schedule sub-assy (devices) W/Os by aligning resource availability, safety stock levels, and future demand.
  • Identify materials deliveries and expediting needed to meet build schedules.
  • Track all ongoing design changes, feature rollout schedules, and production needs to further optimize production schedules.
  • Manage return cells, schedule un-builds and inventory return process in ERP.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to finalize work order BOMs, including parts selection, vintage component reuse, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Manage ongoing ERP accuracy and timeliness. This includes closing W/O and sales order timely, maintaining BOM accuracy from actual production team usage and field service changes, etc.
  • Develop schedule planning systems within Netsuite and other planning tools (Monday.com, Tableau, Airtable).

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years production or engineering experience
    • Preferably with experience directly related to production planning and multi-level BOM configurations. 
  • Knowledge of production planning systems
  • Experience supporting new product launches
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management
