Job Title: Production Planner (Plant Scheduler)

Job Objectives:
Plan production according to customer orders and inventory levels to ensure factory delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. Plan the production schedule and staffing in cooperation with logistics and maintenance.

Substitute Role: Logistics Coordinator

Required Basic Knowledge and Skills:
Technical education (Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent)
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (SAP)
Cooperation skills, initiative, leadership

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the factory's production planning, preparing the production schedule on a daily/weekly basis, and defining the corresponding staffing plan.

Requirements

Key Tasks:

• Responsible for production planning
• Monitors, using the production control system (SAP), which products need to be manufactured and their schedules. Releases the necessary production orders.
• Plans weekly production staffing to meet production needs. Defines process-specific staffing requirements on a weekly basis. Maintains the production log.
• Cooperates closely with logistics by exchanging information about production planning and incoming/outgoing shipments. Participates in deliveries as needed using the production control system (SAP).
• Ensures safety and adherence to safe working methods. Uses personal protective equipment and follows company safety regulations. Also ensures the safety of others.
• Ensures achievement of production, quality, environmental, and safety targets. Uses expertise to ensure that the finished product meets the defined quality criteria.
• Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor that are necessary to achieve job objectives.
