Production Quality Technician (M/F)

Your Mission

Guarantee the conformity of production at the Group's sites and steer continuous product/process improvement.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the consistent application of Group standards across operations
• Analyze and manage internal complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Lead and support troubleshooting activities within your area of responsibility
• Conduct station, process, and environmental audits (5S), promoting operational excellence
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance and defining actionable milestones
• Review and adapt production instructions based on customer return analysis to ensure relevance and accuracy
• Escalate issues that may impact customer commitments, following established escalation procedures

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Over 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of sector-specific challenges and dynamics
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively across different audiences
• A calm and composed attitude under pressure, paired with a rigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level), both written and spoken
