Ever imagined saying, “I helped launch the future of transportation”?
We’re rewriting the rules of urban mobility. At Vay, customers tap a button and a car arrives - with no one inside - powered by our world-first Remote Driving technology on real public streets.
We’re live in Las Vegas and scaling fast, powered by a strategic investment of up to $410 million from Grab. Our mission is simple: replace private car ownership with a faster, cleaner, door-to-door mobility model. If you want to build something real, visible, and genuinely transformative, you’ll feel right at home here.
As a Production Process Engineer, you are the technical owner of Vay’s production system, responsible for turning advanced vehicle and remote driving station designs into scalable, repeatable manufacturing reality. You will design and industrialize the full production setup, from layouts and tooling to MES and end-of-line testing, while taking us from pilot builds to commercial fleet deployment. This role has real leverage: how well you do your job directly defines speed, quality, and cost at scale.
You will design, validate, and continuously improve end-to-end manufacturing systems that enable safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Design assembly lines, workstation concepts, takt times, layouts, and capacity models
Lead industrialization and DFMA feedback with mechanical and electrical engineering teams

Own MES deployment, automation, and integration with ERP, PLM, test, and fleet systems
Define and maintain ERP structures, BOMs, routings, serial tracking, and full traceability
Own end-of-line testing, flashing, calibration, provisioning, and system verification
Drive production KPIs, bottleneck elimination, Lean improvements, and cost optimization
