ABOUT YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and monitor detailed production plans to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
  • Balance machine capacity, manpower, and material availability to optimize production efficiency.
  • Participate in weekly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to capture order demand, perform capacity calculations, and coordinate material pull from the Hub/warehouse.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Production Planning

  • Prepare and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on the master production plan and customer orders.
  • Verify resource requirements including materials, manpower, and machines for each production order.
  • Adjust and revise production plans to address any sudden changes from customers or manufacturing.

Production Progress Monitoring & Control

  • Closely track actual production progress across Kitting, printing, cutting, and other related processes.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance) to resolve issues affecting the production schedule.
  • Report production progress, root causes of delays (if any), and propose corrective actions.

S&OP Participation

  • Attend weekly S&OP meetings to stay updated on customer forecasts and new orders.
  • Calculate and review production capacity to ensure resource balancing and identify capacity gaps.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and sufficient material pull from the Hub for production needs.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Utilize Google Sheets proficiently to process, analyze, and consolidate production, capacity, and material data.
  • Design, manage, and update dashboards using Google Data Studio / Looker Studio to visualize production KPIs, capacity utilization, OTIF, and material status.
  • Provide analytical reports and data-driven insights to support process improvement in production planning and control.

 

    WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

    • Bachelor’s degree in Production Planning, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Production Planning / PPC roles.
    • Good understanding of printing, labeling, or related manufacturing processes is an advantage.
    • Proficient in Google Sheets (functions, pivot tables, queries); knowledge of script automation is a plus.
    • Ability to build and operate dashboards on Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for data visualization and performance monitoring.
    • ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle or similar) is an advantage.
    • Strong skills in production planning, data analysis, and problem-solving.
    • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • English (Intermediate – Working Proficiency for reading, writing, and basic communication).
