Production Planner (New College Graduate/Fresh Graduate)

We are seeking individuals who not only grasp the technical aspects but also possess the inherent drive and aptitude to lead as Production Planner to join our team in the City of Binan, Philippines under the NCG (New College Graduate) Program.

• Creating and managing the master production schedule, balancing customer demand with production capacity and material availability.
• Understanding the mechanics of MRP to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components, minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
• Developing detailed production schedules, and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Supporting the optimization of inventory levels, conducting root cause analysis for discrepancies, and implementing strategies for cost reduction while maintaining service levels
• Working closely with Production, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless information flow and operational alignment.
• Learning the Production control process and ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) within the department.

• Recent graduate (within last year) of BS in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with production planning concepts (e.g., demand forecasting, master production scheduling, MRP)
• Self-starter with ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong sense of accountability and growth mindset
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and seek opportunities for improvement
