Production Operator - Early Shift (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)
TLDR
Responsible for manufacturing, assembling, testing, and packing Paxton products in a dynamic team environment focused on continuous improvement.

About the role
Join our team based in our Eastbourne Manufacturing centre, where you will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembling, testing and packing of Paxton products.
Please be aware this role is being offered on a 6-month fixed term contract.
- Assembling electronic parts either on a flow-line or as bench build.
- Completing final product quality inspections.
- Re-stocking Kanbans for flowlines.
- Driving Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 06:15 - 14:15 (30 min break).
Please note: Our manufacturing site is currently based in Eastbourne, with plans to relocate to Brighton in the coming years. While exact dates are not yet confirmed, the move is currently expected to complete around 2030.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or on a production line is preferred but not essential.
- Be able to adapt in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
