We are looking for a reliable Digital Print & Production Operator to join our 3rd shift team.
Shift: 3rd Shift (12:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
How You Will Make an Impact In this role, you will be the "Logistics Engine" of our facility, ensuring a smooth flow of data and physical products. You will manage digital print jobs, maintain high-quality standards, and help us meet critical customer deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Print Operations: Initiate and monitor high-volume laser printing jobs using ERP systems.
Quality & Accuracy: Perform frequent quality checks to ensure "zero-defect" results before products move to the next stage.
Multitasking: Manage multiple printers simultaneously, juggling re-runs and new schedules to maintain workflow.
Team Collaboration: Partner with supervisors and project coordinators to resolve data issues and meet changing priorities.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform basic equipment upkeep and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
Strong color vision and attention to detail for print quality.
